F217-3 Liner is a three-layer co-extruded seal consisting of two solid polyethylene outer layers surrounding a central layer of closed-cell foamed polyethylene. The entire structure forms a single polymeric unit and therefore cannot delaminate.

Construction:

Solid PE-EVA / foamed EPE / solid PE-EVA

F217-3 has been developed especially for applications involving aggressive media, where standard LDPE liners may be susceptible to stress cracking.

The foamed central core provides the resilience and compressibility required for effective sealing, while the solid outer layers help prevent evaporation and product penetration.
