We manufacture ROPP (Roll-On Pilfer-Proof) aluminium screw caps for glass, plastic and metal bottles and containers in a wide range of sizes, colours and technical designs. Available in pre-threaded and non-threaded versions, they are suitable for beverages, food products, food supplements, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and technical liquids. We keep approximately 40–50 million caps in stock at all times.
Our caps range from 18 to 63 mm in diameter, or up to 120 mm for custom projects. They come with or without a tamper-evident ring, in various finishes and with a choice of liner materials, including EPE, Saranex and PVC.
Colours, Printing and Customization
Most closures are available from stock in gold, silver and black. Selected models also come in red, blue, green, bordeaux, yellow or white. Website colours are for reference only; current stock colours are listed in the product details. Custom production usually requires a minimum order of 50,000–100,000 pieces. However, pad printing allows us to print stock closures in quantities starting at approximately 2,000–3,000 pieces.
Closing Options
Pre-threaded closures are suitable for manual closing and smaller production batches. Non-threaded closures are designed for automatic or semi-automatic capping machines, primarily for higher-volume production. All our closures are compatible with the glass, PET and aluminium bottles in our range.
